Our Board of Directors are volunteers from many educational, professional and personal backgrounds. Board members serve as ambassadors of The Counseling Place, and they ensure the agency stays mission focused.
Our recurring theme involves continued commitment to challenging the status quo. We want to bring an end to interpersonal violence, intergenerational trauma, and self-harm. We can accomplish this by providing cutting-edge, research-based mental health treatment for people of all ages, in-depth victim advocacy, and mental health enrichment for young people. We’re determined to Slay the Stigma surrounding mental health services.
